Okay, we're obsessed with casting ceramic fruit and veg from the real thing, and we're now launching these gorgeous shiny ceramic pears! This technique has also led us to the production of our ceramic satsuma, which are also part of this Christmas launch, as well as the ceramic pumpkins from our Autumn launch.

These ceramic pear decorations are made in our Welsh pottery workshop in Porthmadog, where we use a mould cast from an actual pear to create the realistic shape, which is then glazed and decorated by our team of artists.
The ceramic pears are made from stoneware clay, which makes them lighter than you'd expect, while remaining sturdy and long lasting - it's the same material we use across all of our contemporary ceramics, including our handmade mugs.
