Pottery Throwing Class February 2025

Looking for something fun and creative to do in Porthmadog?

Join us at our pottery workshop for a hands-on pottery class, where you can create your own pieces from scratch!

Dates & Times:

• Date: February 1st
• Times: 10:30am - 12:30pm or 2:30pm - 4:30pm
• Cost: £58 per person (includes firing of one piece). Additional pieces can be fired for £8 each.
• What’s included: You’ll have your own pottery wheel and plenty of time to shape several pieces under the expert guidance of our head potter, Tom using our pottery wheels. Tom will explain the processes of creating bowls, vases and jugs. At the end of the course you'll be able to pick your glazes from the selection available. Your pieces will then be fired and glazed by our team before they are ready to post to you or collect from the workshop in a couple of weeks.

All materials and one firing of your creation are included in the price. If you’d like to fire more than one piece, there’s an additional charge of £8, payable on the day.

Important Notes:

• All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• By booking a space, you agree that no refunds will be given for cancellations. However, you may transfer your space to someone else if needed—just contact us in advance.
