Important Information:

• Advanced subscription: As Mug Club mugs are made to order, if you order additional items along with your Mug Club subscription, all items will be held and shipped together when your first mug is ready.
• No returns or exchanges: Due to the nature of the subscription, Mug Club mugs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if your mug arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for you.
